If the alleged breaching Party is unable to cure the alleged breach or billing dispute to the complaining Party’s reasonable satisfaction, the complaining Party will give the alleged breaching Party a clear and complete written statement of the reasons for such lack of satisfaction, and will provide such Party with 15 days to cure such issue. After such cure period, either Party may then resort to whatever remedy is available at law or equity, subject to the limitations on remedy provided for in this Agreement.
